EMF Try-outs (Deadline : 30 July/11)

Hey Fellow Fingerboarders!

We want to bring the local scene up a notch! so we’re going to start our very own Local Fingerboarding Team! We’ll be holding try-outs through videos so starting filming!

Instructions :

1. Film your best tricks ! (Tip: Avoid flatland tricks)

2. Edit! ( Add in some music , cut unnecessary clips )

3. Post onto a Video Hosting Site! e.g Youtube,Vimeo

4. Email us at ieatfingerboards@yahoo.com with the Subject: EMF Try-outs , include your personal particulars NAME , AGE , CONTACT NUMBER and a link to your video!

5. Await the results..

Eligibility :

Must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident in Singapore

Rules :

1. Use Fresh Clips ONLY! ( we do not want old videos to be renamed or using of old clips! we want what you can film now till the deadline! )

2. Video should be titled : EMF Try-outs and with a link to both our Facebook page and our website

3. Video should be 30secs to 4minutes long [2minutes is perfect.]

Tips :

Video to be about 2minutes long

Take your time to film! you got an entire month

Use clips with clean landings and style

Be Creative!

Don’t film flatland tricks!

Video editing can really impress people!

Selected :

Only 1/2 Persons will be selected out of this Try-out.

The Selected Person/s will be eligible to accept a sponsorship by EMF.

Close Up Delay

Hi Guys/Girls who are eagerly awaiting for their Close Up Items!

Sorry for the delay because unfortunately we’re at a complicated state with the stock right now so here’s the brief story

Close up sends us the stock through traced mail which should take 10 days MAX [or thats what they says] , so i expected the stock to arrive on the 23rd. Which obviously didnt happen! so i contacted them and they said that they traced it and it says it has arrived in the country of destination on the 20th of June! which means it has been 3 days in Singapore but we have not received any information about the parcel from the post! So i contacted singpost and speedpost and they said that it didnt arrive at all! so they asked me to wait for monday. thus i wasnt able to give out the prizes on saturday’s Competition! so Monday it didnt came , i called them again. they told me to wait for 14 Working days! since it was shipped on the 14 June. 14 working days which means it doesnt include saturdays and sundays , i will have to wait till this Thursday 30th June or Friday 1st July. If it still doesnt come i would have to make a report to the post. so i’m so sorry for the delay guys. I’ll update you guys along the way!

BAD NEWS : Close up stock hasn’t arrived! :( so we can’t give out the prize on Saturday itself and you guys who ordered close up can’t get your item on the day itself! im so sorry guys!

GOOD NEWS : well , i’ll give FREE NORMAL postage for all the Close Up customers and for the winner of the S.K.A.T.E game!
